Sabu Fan Art

One character from Indian comics I really enjoyed reading about! The quintessential Indian representative of  raw, brute power; and possibly a translation of the great wrestler Dara Singh, to comics. I miss this guy. Hu-huba! :-)

Art for a coffee table book

Some illustrations I did for Foresee Multimedia's coffee table book on drug addiction, early this year. Drawing the grotesque and portraying grue, violence, nudity etc is not my 'comfort zone' at all, and so this was quite a thrilling experience. These were also used as snapshots in the documentary we made on drug addiction.

Illustrations for IDFC

IDFC completed its 15th anniversary and wanted Blaq Designs to do something exciting to describe its achievements over the past decade and a half. Here's some of the art I did for them. These were accompanied with text and printed as several murals.

Cartoons and illustrations done for Saevus Magazine

Received my copies of the latest issues of Saevus yesterday, and I can't get my hands off them. Beautiful pictures by some of the best photographers in the business and some great content. Watch out for the Green Humour page (top left) appears in the main magazine. Also don't miss the kids' supplement provided with this month's issue, which provides exclusive coverage on the incredible Snow Leopard. Here are the cover illustration, illustrations for the cover story and the trivia section I did for Saevus. Visit http://www.saevus.in/ to subscribe.
